Calm Authority Rooted in Business Acumen, Crisis Composure & ICF Rigor

Professional coaching requires more than motivational encouragement. It demands steady presence, deep active listening, and a structured thinking partnership that transforms complex challenges into clear action.

Meet Virginia Davis

Partnering in Inquiry for Growth & Clarity

I am a Professional Coach (ACC Candidate), Conflict Strategist, and Family Mediator based in London, Ontario. My coaching practice is built on a foundational belief: that professionals, leaders, and individuals navigating major career transitions do not need someone to tell them what to do. They need a confidential, structured thinking partnership where their own inner wisdom and clarity can take the lead.

My approach blends formal business training—including a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) degree and career coaching experience at the Ivey Business School—with the unflappable composure forged over fourteen years in emergency telecommunications.

Whether we are preparing for a high-stakes negotiation, navigating a leadership crossroad, or building personal resilience, my goal remains the same: to help you move from emotional reactivity into calm, intentional design.

Professional Roots

What Shapes My Coaching Practice

Effective coaching is born from real-world exposure to high-pressure environments, human crisis, and organizational development.

14+ Years in Emergency Telecommunications

Before entering full-time mediation and coaching, I spent over fourteen years as an Ambulance Communications Officer with the Ontario Ministry of Health. On the dispatch floor, lives hung on my ability to listen for what wasn't being said, maintain absolute composure while callers experienced acute terror, and provide calm, authoritative guidance. That same nervous-system regulation and crisis-tested presence forms the backbone of how I hold space for clients navigating intense conflict or career stress today.

Business Acumen & Ivey Coaching Experience

Backed by a BMOS degree and extensive experience as a Career Coach supporting students at the Ivey Business School, I bring a sharp understanding of professional environments, leadership dynamics, and strategic decision-making. I know how to help individuals unpack overwhelming choices, break complex challenges down into manageable steps, and build actionable career plans without losing their personal agency.
