14+ Years in Emergency Telecommunications
Before entering full-time mediation and coaching, I spent over fourteen years as an Ambulance Communications Officer with the Ontario Ministry of Health. On the dispatch floor, lives hung on my ability to listen for what wasn't being said, maintain absolute composure while callers experienced acute terror, and provide calm, authoritative guidance. That same nervous-system regulation and crisis-tested presence forms the backbone of how I hold space for clients navigating intense conflict or career stress today.
Business Acumen & Ivey Coaching Experience
Backed by a BMOS degree and extensive experience as a Career Coach supporting students at the Ivey Business School, I bring a sharp understanding of professional environments, leadership dynamics, and strategic decision-making.
