Procedural Boundaries & Safeguards:

Family mediation with Virginia Davis is a voluntary, confidential, and closed process. The mediator provides structured process management and legal information ("rules of the road"), but does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or clinical therapy. All participants are strongly encouraged to obtain Independent Legal Advice (ILA) from separate family law counsel before finalizing any draft Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or parenting plan.
